Files Labelling

Files are labelled to provide information about the data being stored and for easy retrieval. The font size on labels should be big enough for people to read from 5 feet away. Let's take a look at what the administrator did with the files..

Instead of the normal white paper, she chose green for no specific reason other than wanted something "special". How special indeed. All the labels were not properly glued, with sides and edges sticking out. The sizes of the green labels are inconsistent with the files width where a big file had a thin label and the small file had an oversize label and the font was rather small and simply no alignment to be said.
The work represents the person. She is either not interested in her job or she is simply an untidy person by nature. She was made to remove all the "greens" and replace back with the standard format.
Having initiative without the effort to follow through is like working without commitments.
